Word program acting weird

Yesterday my Word program acted weird when I was trying to close it but finally closed so I didn't think about it again until today - when I try to open word it immediately opens the blue box "encountered a problem and must close" with the options to tell microsoft or not. I went to add/remove and did the repair attempt using the word cd but it still happens! I tried opeing word back door by goin to my documents and opeing a saved document and it seemsed to be working until I went up to File to attempt to print and the problem box reappeared! What do I do at this point?????

If you have tried to repair the Word application and there still exists a problem, the I would suggest uninstalling Word and reinstalling it If it is part of an offiice suite, unistall the office suite and reinstall it.

However, you must first back up all your data prior to you uninstalling Once reinstalled, you can restore the data back to your PC to their prespective applications.
