When I go to my Sound in Control Panel, I get this message:

Window

A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:c18b447c in VXD Dsound (03)

+ 00000BBC. The current application will be terminated.

Is this of a program or my sound card? I do have sound coming from my speaker.

Tom
