What will remove my Kazaa program?

I have downloaded Kazaa last year and at the time did not know it was Illagle untill later. any ways, now I have just found still the KaZaa folder on my hard drive and my system wont let me remove KaZaa. An error sign comes up saying that make sure the file is not write protected or curently being used. How can I remvoe KaZaa. Thank you.

Click Start then click the Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs when the window opens find the Kazaa file and highlight it, click the Change/Remove button and follow the instructions to unistall the Kazaa program.
