While I am on the internet on both my notebook and desktop computer, the MSN window for internet connection window justs pops up. It happens mostly when I go to my e-bay account but sometime when I check other sites as well. I use Cox cable modem. It does not seem to affect the operations of the computer but after it pops up it logs me into my AOL account. How do I stop the MSN dial up window from popping up?

The problem seems to be that one of your computers is setup so that when it needs to go online it uses AOL If you go to the control panel, open the internet options, select the connections tab - look at the section specifying Dial-up and Virtual Private Network Settings - there you should see your AOL settings and also just underneath you will see one of the options is selected You may want to set it to "Never dial a connection" that way it does not attempt to connect to AOL automatically.
