Whats is Fix-It

I'M ASKING THIS QUESTION FOR A FRIEND. I TRIED TO INSTALL AVG.COM'S VIRUS

CHECKER, BUT DURING THE DOWNLOADING I GOT A MESSAGE(PLUGIN ERROR).

IT WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD ANY FURTHER. i'VE CHECKED ALLOF MY MANUALS ON

TROUBLESHOOTING AND CANNOT FIND ANYTHING ON THE SUBJECT. IT IS THE FIRST

TIME THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED THIS. PLEASE HELP!! DUSHAN LADICH
