Whenever I try to access anything on my computer I get the following message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removeable disk that is not available. Insert the Microsoft 2000 disk and click OK"

I don't have this disk, since the programs on my computer were installed by Hewlett Packard. How can I solve this problem?

Ralph

UNFORTUNATELY, MOST PACKAGED SYTEMS SHOULD COME WITH A STARTUP CD-ROM CONTAINING ALL THE NECESSARY FILES FOR THE O/S AND OFFICE, IF ONE IS UNNAVAILABLE, YOU WOULD HAVE TO RETURN TO THE RETAILER FOR MAINTENANCE.
