Well my computer was fine for a while but there were some points where it would just restart itself and boot up back to the normal windows and be fine for about 1/2 an hour or so... Just recently my computer wouldn't boot up to windows... It'd load the bios screen.. part of the windows xp logo for loading and than it would just go blank and my led's would just stay on. Sometimes it will say "Overclocking Failed" But i haven't overclocked everything.. SO i reset my whole CMOS and the same thing would happen.. Now my computer will turn on and keep restarting every 5 seconds or less.. sometimes it will go further.. sometimes it won't.. but it keeps restarting .. Could this be a voltage problem?? Maybe a Video Card Problem??

MY Motherboard is an ASUS P4P800

Thank you in advance for any help you will give me..

The problem with your computer maybe either the motherboard or the operating system If you have the OS disk you may want to try to reinstall the OS if you have a recovery disk ypou may want to repair the OS using the recovery disk if you have these disks these are the best thing that you could do to repair the OS is easy you have the just follow the promts on the disk.
