HOW CAN I STOP THE DISPLAY FROM HAVING A LIQUID EFFECT?

My name is A'na Antoinette Skye. I am on your mailing list. today,12-14-03,my virus program detected 2 worms-identified them as AGOBOT-everytime I scroll up or down-side to side, everything moves in a wavey way. (Like the ocean-waviness) What to do? Virus program AVG.

took action, but still have problem????????
