How to totally get rid of a program.

I have some stuff from AOL on my computer and I want to remove it. I tried deleting the shortcut from my desktop, but found it on my start menu ! How can I completely get rid of AOL from my computer???

What you need to do is go to settings, control panel and add/remove programs From there locate and click on the AOL program and click remove That is how you can get rid of that for good.
