Why can't I print graphics or jpg from my printer after changing the color cartridge.

My printer was working fine until I changed the color cartridge. It will print fine from an email application, but it won't print graphics or .jpg's when asked to do so.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Make sure you are using the correct cartridge and check the nozzles for clogging To clean nozzle, follow instructions in your printers manual Also, check to make sure you installed the cartridges correctly.
