Digital camera stopped (DSC-S75) being recognnized by my windows XP?

Recently my sony digital camera stopped (DSC-S75) being recognnized by my windows XP. I still can bring it up under the 'disk drives' but the wizard doesn't come up now after I plug it in?? Any help appreciated
