When I try to delete documents I pasted into (MS Word My Documents) & I use the Shift key So that I can delete a number of them at one time. It keeps making copies of the doucments I am trying to delete.

If I delete them one at a time I don't have a problem. I copy and paste articles from the web into MS Word. & after I read them I delete them. I hold the shift key down to select about twenty of them at atime to delete, the documents get deleted, but at the same time it starts making copies of the doucments I am trying to delete. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Merrill Smith

Instead of using the shift key, use the mouse to multiselect, and then make sure the recycle bin is empty when done, if that doesnt work, move them to their own directory and delete the entire directory.
