What is c-dilla and can it be destroyed?

Spy Ware - I down loaded share ware Spybot.com. Ran the Search & Distroy program and was left with one problem out of 33 that they couldn't destroy. They said that deleting it may cause other programs not to run right. The problem is C-DILLA. What is it and can I delete it?

Although i'm not completely sure what c-dilla is, i know it's a monitoring program To delete it w/o the message, restart the computer, then delete if you get the message again, delete and use utility disks to ensure comuter functionality
