How do i forward an email ?

How do I delete all the forwards in an email I've received so that when I forward it there is only my address and my recipients don't have to click on numerous screen before the original email pops up...thanks for your help....Marilyn Atherton

To my knowledge it is not possoble to delete the forwards that are already on the message, I would just recommend that you highlight the message and then copy and paste it into an original message of you own, then send it as your original message.
