Did you try this

I recently upgraded my computer. It was working fine for about a week or two. But all of a sudden, when I try to turn on the computer the monitor appears blank. I've checked all of the connections and they are fine. I've also made sure that power is indeed going to the hard drive as well. I can also hear the hard drive spinning. However, I do not hear the initial beep from the computer speaker. The red light on the motherboard stays on. All of the fans, including the CPU fan, are spinning.
