What is Bank?

when i am loged on to credit union site i can access my savings acc. & my auto loans , when i click on my checking the window closes & logs me off . i have done all scans virus & comp. my bank says it is my comp. &aol says not there problem can you help ? thanks wayne

If you have access to another computer with internet, try accessing your accounts on that platform This will help you to determine the root of the problem If you can access your accounts, there is either something wrong with you computer, or its internet connection If you can't access your accounts, contact the bank's customer support line and inform them of the problem.
