HI, i have a problem with my CD/DVD and my hard drive. I have 2 hard drives Dand C, C is my primary. but one day i turned on my computer, and both CD/DVD and D drives were not showing, and when i tried to play a game, it said that it cannot find the file (because i had installed it on D drive, and i couldnt install it because my CD/DVD drive was not working. Now this just happened in a matter of one day and i had not tampered or boved the computer at all. I have no clue what to do and I would need to be explained what to do in detail, because i have no clue what the names of things are and where to plug what in what. Any help would be great.

Thanks

1st go into bios, try to auto detect the hard drive if unable to either recognize the drives, open the system up make sure that all the power cables are connected, that both drives are set in

slave position, and that the ribbons are connected
