Cable access errors

Question

I keep getting a message that the browser cannot find the server or dns.

I do receive emails but cannot get on the net. It was working fine prior to just droping out.

Have you checked with your cable company and talked to them about the problem maybe your cable is haveing errors if not then try to reinstall your cable internet software and make sure you connected all the wires correctly if you are still having problems getting online call your cable company and talked to them also make sure that the cable tv you are using to get online is working properly
