Error Message "cannot find file info32.exe "

When booting up I keep getting an error message that says cannot find file info32.exe or one of its components. I am also having problems with my scanner.Where do I find this file and how do I repair it? thanks Steve H.

This is either missing or corrupted What you can do, restart your computer and hit the F8 key and select SafeMode and see if that helps If not restart and select "Last good known configuration"
