Could be?

I have just downloaded windows media player. when I play music it is fine if I put in a film there are no images. I have down loaded the latest codecs but the problem is still there. I hope you can help.

Simple you need the necesary pathes for your media player open up media player drop down the tool menu download plug in There are a lot of options read discryption before Downloading.
