What you may wish to do is to boot up your computer from the windows disc (the BIOS needs to be set to boot from the CD drive before it attempts to boot from the ard drive), once you have set that up and are able to boot from the CDRom using the Windows CD - Setup will begin loading files to begin setup and then ask you where you wish to install Windows? If you have a single hard drive it will display the drive and all the partitions on that drive, you may wish to delete the current partition, create a new partition, format partition, and then install Windows in the new partition.
