My pictures are fuzzy, is my pixel off in any way?

The last week or so, the pictures are fuzzy. They look like the pixels are out of sorts. When I go into EBAY, for instance, and look at the picture of the product, it isn't clear. It looks like it is made up of little blocks. The colors and the fonts look good, it is only the pictures.

I have my monitor set on 16 bit high color, the resolution is 1024x768.

Have you tried different video settings:

Goto Control Panel, Click on Display Icon, Settings tab and readjust the screen area setting If the problem goes away you may have a bad video card or monitor If the problem does not go away this also may indicate a bad vidoe card or monitor You may also want to reinstall the video drivers to see if the problems go away Click on the advanced button, you can either go to the driver or monitor tab and reinstall drivers.
