What to do if i want to fix my default homepage problem?

Everytime we restart the computer our homepage resets itself to some junk/spam/porn site. It will also add a whole bunch of crazy porn sites to our favorites list. I thought I deleted everything that caused this problem, but none of that has worked. Can you help me?

First off, go to the cookie folder and delete all those files you believe are from porn sites, then delete all those porn site from your favorite list, then make sure you delete everything in your recycle bin After that, go to control properties, then internet properties, then set whatever default homepage you want, then click apply Do all these things, then restart your computer and you should be good to go.
