To restart or not to restart

I turn off the Hard drive very 15 min. and the monitor every 20 min. I leave the computer on and restart it every morning. Is this ok to do. Yhank you.

Since you have the power option's turned on, on the hard drive and monitor it is not necessary to restart the computer every day.
