REINSTALL PROCEDURES

Having several problems with my computer, I decided to reinstall Windows 98 2nd Edition. It will go through the entire installation procedure to almost the very end but then the computer shuts down and when I turn it back on, it indicates that Windows did not finish loaiding and takes me to safemode. I disabled everything in the config system as well as my antivirus. What have I done wrong and is there anyway I can rectify the situation? Thank you. [email protected] Cheryll Hughes

Well usually when reinstalling you have to be carefull with which options u choose try to reinstall again usually after reinstalling an operating system the computer reboots to make sure everythings works try again if the problem proceeds try reformating with a new different cd maybe get one from a friend or use a different operating system.
