I just installed a DVD burner in my PC. I figure I need to upgrade from Windows SE to Windows XP to best handle multimedia files. Is it best to get the regular version or go for the professional version? I'm only doing this for personal use and not for any business applications.

For home purposes the home edition is fine Why spend the extra money The professional is more geared towards the office networking environment.
