I installed a new HP Photosmart printer on my computer and it is recognized on the control panel as being there and the default printer, however, when I boot up it gives me a "Spooler SubSystem App" error. I talked to gateway and they could not fix it. Do you have any advice?

This problem may occur if the correct installation and functionality of a newly installed printer is affected by an existing third-party printer driver What you can do to help solve this problem, Restart your computer and hit the F8 key and select SafeMode This help to reconfigure the files in the registry.
