Why at the startup it stops

At the startup it gets to verifying dmi pool............... and it just stops. I've already tries to install windows xp but the agree button would not work so i disagreed. When i tried again it didn't get past dmi pool and it stops.

By the agree button, do you mean the function 8 key to accept the EULA? If so, it's gone through a few stages down the install road before you get there Are you sure this isn't just s sticky key?
