USB Port do not work

My USB port will not wor with a USb reader/writer.

When I try to down load the hardware from the disc that came with it it tells me to go to my Microsoft CD-ram disc which I don't have. The mesage I get is the drover is not installed (code 28) Were can I find a driver to get it to work?

This code means the device was not installed completely

To resolve this issue, try removing the device from Device Manager and using the Add New Hardware wizard to redetect it You may need to obtain updated drivers if the error still occurs.
