What is wrong with the power for my PC?

recently have power failure 10 to 60 seconds after start-up. After 4 or 5 reboots system operates O.K. Occurs on battery or 110v. power. Everything else seems normal. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, rance kelley

There may be an issue with the power supply.

Turn off your tower and unplug it.

Then open you tower to make that the connections to the power supply are indeed in tact.

Close the tower, and plugg it back up to see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, it may be the power supply or the house current; measure the voltage output of the power supply and the home current.

Either way, if nothing changes, you are going to have to replace your power supply.
