I had dismantled my computer to see my memory (PC133). After 3-4 days when I then reconnected my computer and when starting it, the power supply was on and the fan was working, the laser in the mouse too was on,also the cd-roms were functioning, the monitor was working too however it wasn't starting up and the computer started giving a beep beep sound.

What do I do?
