I have a Sony Pcg-grz530. During the last 3 weeks I have been unable to save a revised document in the "Save As" on a word document. I can save the file but if I want to change the name I cannot.
I can "Save As" in Excel.
I have gone back 30 -45 days as restored the settings- but nothing has changed.
Help!

This question was answered on October 29, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
Try uninstalling Microsoft Office then install it back again.
To uninstall Microsoft Office
1 Open Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel
2 In the list of programs, click Microsoft Office, and then click Change/Remove
3 Click Uninstall Microsoft Office, and then click Continue
4 Click Yes to confirm that you want to start uninstalling Microsoft Office
5 Restart your computer
Begin installing Microsoft Office again
