How can I get past my WIN '98 password screen without username and password?

When starting up my computer my username and passwords have been deleted and I cannot access my computer and I cannot enter through default.

What can I do to resolve this problem

In WIN '98 you can just click the "canel" button to get passm the log-in screen, then go to settings, then control panel, then to passwords to change the password Hope this helps.
