Is it worth fixing or just get a cheap, new, much faster tower?
when booting computer says cpu unworkable or has been changed. check CPU SOFT menu. i reset the defaults on the CPU SOFT menu to no avail. i then tried surpassing the problem (hitting F1) and it began to boot windows (brought up the large windows image screen) but then said it cannot find win.com it is an old computer and may be time to go, but i could definatley use it for one of my interns if i can clean it up and get it back on the network. is it worth fixing or just get a cheap, new, much faster tower?
