When I play a DVD movie on my PC I get a picture but no sound. I have tried with Power DVD and Microsoft Media Player. I get normal sound from CD's, MP3, etc. but not the DVD drives. The DVDs play with sound on my home entertainment system. I have checked the drives in Device Manager and all are operating properly. I checked my audio settings and everything is fine...as I stated, I get sound from all sources except DVD movies. Thanks.

Check to see if your DVD is connected to the sound card.
