How to replase new power supply with the new one?

when im using my computer it just resets like as if i pressed the restet button. do u think this could be a lack of power in my power supply(350 watt) or is it a motherboard problem . ive already reformated the harddrive and installed the 0s again and the problem still continues so i doubt its a virus or anything like that . so what do you think is the problem ??

I would say that you should change your power supply with the new one because if that is the problem it may burn your motherboard so i recommend you to replace the power supply
