Problems with freezing

My computer freezes, mouse, keyboard as well, after i've been on the internet for 4 hours and a few seconds. My isp says that i'm not on a timeout for service. can someone help me?

What type of isp do you have some isp's have time limit problems where when you stay on for too long your computer will freeze up and you will have no choice but to reboot or turn off and on the main power switch in order to fix the problem this problem also occurs if your computer is using to much ram space try to delete files you dont need like files you have downloaded from the internet or uninstall video games u might have install sometime ago if these solutions dont help then maybe you need to upgrade your internet inorder to get it to work better.
