Went to turn on the computer the other day, pushed the button and nothing happened. took it to the local computer repair and they told me the power supply and the motherboard were bad. Bought and new motherboard and power supply and installed them, same thing. They told me the switches that turnon the computer never go bad. I aslo tryed to jump the two terminals on the motherboard without the wires on them, still nothing. I also tried another outlet and a different power cord, still nothing.

As you said, you bought a new motherboard and power supply, and your computer donâ??t turn on, and you tried with other outlet and different power cord and still nothing, it must be the switch of power supply in the back of your computer that is off, if this do not resolve your problem then change the switch of your computer.
