well this question is actually about my nero burner but what the hey. i have downloaded some video files from kazaa and i want to burn them to a cd. the cd's i use are cd-r80 7oomb. after it asks what kind of cd you want it says 'nero needs either video cd compatible mpeg video files

(*.mpg) or avi files to create the cd'. now then i have no idea what that means really. it gives some options so i click on mpegav. the file, after i have put copy to compilation goes into a smaller box. it says to click and drag the file over, however when i do that it does nothing. if i click in the main big box and go into add file it says 'mpg is invalid -need mpeg01 which was encoded for video cd.' so theres the problem(s). also if i do get some into the box then start to burn it it just stops after 75% and does nothing. do i need to adjust some of my options in the nero burning rom to copy video files from the computer to a cd-r?

thanks to anyone stilll reading this message

Video Files

You want to copy that files into the cd?, or you want to make a video cd?

Because if you want to copy that files to the cd using nero burning, you just have to select â??CD-ROM (ISO)â?? in the New Compilation windows and then click the first option at the right upper corner of this windows, then select the files you want to copy to the cd, when you already have the files you want to copy to the cd, click the eighth icon in the menu bar In the Write CD windows, you can select what action will the wizard do, and what label will have the cd.
