My compter constantly reboots. I caught the reboot and entered safe mode, computer does not reboot in safe mode. I have scanned hard drive, defraged hard drive, checked controll panel sys devices for conflicts (in safe mode). Several weeks before this problem, I installed a microsoft sidewinder joystick w/force feedback. I believe I have properly removed the stick and the software. Still same problem.

Can I tell if there is something in the registry that is casuing this? How can I fix it.

Power supply, keyboard work ok in safe mode? Where else should I look.

Thanks for your help.

Peter
