How to remove pop-ups/spyware?

Browser has been hijacked.

Directs to site "searchcentrix.com" and multiple pop up windows appear. I've ran spybot and ad-aware several times, always removing. Then I re-boot and it still comes up! Here are some listings spybot and ad-aware found (that I remove repeately): visicom.search centric redir.uptechologies.speedera.net static.uptechologies.com red01.as-us.falkag.net searchcentrix.com

Have also set Outpost firewall up under rules and block most, but it still appears.

I have cable.

Google didn't come up with anything for a remove search.

If you haven't done so already, i would run whatever anti-virus software you have and scan for viruses If spybot and ad-aware still can't fix this problem, i would just re-install the operating system.
