Why can't I hear anything sound from my computer.

I have no sound at all on my computer nothing and ive tried a few things it has been doing this for about 4 months and you cant hear anything at all. i've tried different speakers and still nothing. I used the troubleshoot that the computer has programed on to it and still nothing

You may have a bad sound card, trying changing your sound card.
