PC will not run Cd rom program, it some times states that this program has performed an illegal operation, & sometimes it states this program is not responding it may be busy or waiting for a response from you, The program also locks up at this point & Ctrl, alt, delete, is the only solution to close. This is happening with several different CD Rom programs?

Thank you for your web site.

It sounds like your cd-rom drive could be corrupted, try to scan for errors go to my computer and right-click on the c-drive and choose properties here choose the option tools then use the option called error checking this is a device that will scan your computer to make sure all the right files are in place
