WHY WON'T MY NEW POWER SUPPLY FUNCTION MOTHERBOARD?

ok i have recently had computer power problems before but a;; i had ot do was replace the power supply and it worked fine but now we just bought a brand new power supply(350w)

and i hooked it up to my comp...when i hook it up the led light flashes n the 2 fans spin once but the power doesntcome on when i push the button its a brand new ps and i hooked it up to another compuer and it works fine...please tell me what wrong with my computer......?!

CHECK THE BOOK THAT CAME W/ THE POWER SUPPLY AND MAKE SURE THE RATINGS MATCH, ANY VARIATIONS MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS.
