I was using the computer and Norton anti-virus popped up and told me I had the trojan dropper virus and that it could be removed. So in an effort to get rid of the virus I shut off system restore and then restarted the computer in safe mode. Then when I ran norton anti-virus again and it did not detect the virus. However, the big problem is, I cannot get the computer to restart in normal mode. When I try turn on system restore it says that it can't be turned on in safe mode, but I don't know how to get out of safe mode. How do I restart in normal mode without using system restore???
