How do I access the memory that my system information says i have when my C drive says I only have 1.99 GB versus the 31.49 GB system info says. My computer is telling me that it is out of memory.

It sounds like a BIOS issue, restart the computer, and when ask to push a button to enter setup do so In the CMOS setup make sure that under IDE devices that the computer auto detects the entire size of the HD If it does not check to see if your hard drive came with a floopy or CD, if not you will have to update your bios (usually via the internet)
