After a computer crash or a shut down for any reason I can't power back up without turning off the switch on the power supply for a few minutes. No POST, no power anywhere. Computer runs fine once I get power back. I've recently had a lot of warranty work done on the machine, everything new except video card (includung power supply and MOBO), for this same problem. Now it's out of warranty and ABS won't work on it any more. If they couldn't fix it is there any hope at all. Should I just cut my losses?

I would say since you got everything new already most likely nothing is wrong but the power supply may not be functioning correctly with the new devices you have installed in your computer Video card does not have anything to do with the power not working Getting another power supply may do the trick.
