Finding shortcuts

ieexplorer.exe has disappeared and I can't find it. How do I restore it?

Also, I believe it is affecting my Media Player. It will not work because of missing "pins".

How do I fix this?

Go to my computer and click on c-drive then go to program files move down until you see the folder called internet explorer here just make a shortcut to it and put it on your desktop.
