Error messages

when i restart my computer a folder called system 32 opens automaticaly and then a message comes on screen saying windows has encountersd a problem and needs to close send error report,dont send this happens as soon as my computer starts up without me doing anything im not even connected to the internet when this happens can you help,David mccann.

It seems your computer has lost an important file which is why the error message shows up when you start up go to my computer and right click on c-drive and go to properties choose tools and you show see an option called error-checking this will check your computer for missing files if this doesnt help your going to have to reformat to replace the missing file.
