WHAT IS DATA1.DAT, WHAT IS IT AND HOW CAN I REPAIR IT?

I am getting this message when I first start up my computer" data1.dat not found " . What is this and what should I do about it.

FROM MY RE-SEARCH, DATA1.DAT IS NOT A PART OF WINDOWS, SO IT WON'T EFFECT YOUR O/S HOWEVER, I WASN'T ABLE TO FIND OUT MUCH ON THE FILE ITSELF IF ANYTHING, IT SOUNDS LIKE A ANTI-VIRUS OR UTILITY FILE IF ANYTHING RE-INSTALL, OR GET THE UPGRADE PATCH FOR THE UTILITIES YOU CURRENTLY USE
